    Licensing & insurance

    For trades California requires a license for — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, pest control, general contracting — we confirm the number and current standing.

    Verification call

    A short call with the owner confirming contact details, availability, and pricing. This is what unlocks the Verified badge.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing performance

    Response times, completion rates, and feedback are tracked. Providers who miss the bar lose Verified status.
